The Biggest Halloween Party Butte has ever seen is Friday, October 28th, 2011!

This party is packed with professional sound, huge light shows, video screens, and fully decorated themes tailored to Heaven and Hell. *Over $10,000 worth of prizes and cash combined for the best costumes, the sexiest costumes, and the funniest! We have some of the best DJs in Western Montana including DJ Chunkiye, DJ Coma, Aaron Traylor being featured at the Butte Civic Center, Ryan Irby aka DJ scratch and sniff, and RMF Entertainment! They will be playing the best in Hip Hop, Top 40, and Classics! Admission: $10 for 21 $15 for 18+. The party starts at 9:30pm. Fundraiser Concert for Bill LaVelle at the Digger Den

Saturday, April 9 at 6:00pm - April 10 at 12:00am

Bill, a local resident who is suffered from cancer and was not covered by a health insurance. This benefit is to help raise monies to ease the burden of health cost for his family. The concert was FREE to the public, but we asked for a suggested $3 to help with the fundraiser. KMSM was able to raise over $550 for Bills family. We thank everyone who came to support. The concert will hosted such great bands like:

MUSIC IS A WEAPON GIVEAWAY and 'The Sickest Field Trip'

KMSM sent four (4) lucky listeners to a sold out show in Missoula Monatana to witness the Music As a Weapon V tour featuring Disturbed, Korn, Sevendust, In This Moment and special guest Stillwell. Listeners particapated in the winnings by a listen and register contest (Winner: Rae Campbell), Facebook Trivia (Winner: Lacey Jane), and Make a Movie Contest (Winner: Jason Flitton). Get on the bus!!!!! The day of the show, KMSM gathered several Montana Tech Metalheads and headed to the show! From Montana Tech to Missoula; we raised our fists to an awesome display of musicians.

November 14th at the Butte Copper King Hotel and Mine Shaft Lounge. Bands will be competing for recording time and cash!!!! The audience will receive prizes throughout the day as well! Upon entry, we encourage 3 non perishable food items to be donated to the Butte Food Bank or a $5 entrance fee. The Man of 1000 Sound Effects Michael Winslow

KMSM is taking listeners to the comedic sound effects of Michael Winslow. From the funny movies of "Police Academy" and "Spaceballs", Micheal Winslow will perform live at the Mine Shaft Lounge in the Copper King Hotel on Oct. 1 at 8:30 pm. Opening the show is A Midnight Drive from Helena, MT and KMSM's very own DJ LOUD will MC the entire show! Proceeds for ticket sales will benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Who's gonna be Rockin the "M" on July 3rd? KMSM of course. Enjoy the best seat in the house for the biggest Third of July party in Montana as Rockin the features the Heroes of Woodstock concert followed up by Butte Fireworks and it's all happening on the campus of Montana Tech.
